With Pure & Simple, you can easily customize your site’s main header area (where your logo or site title are located) by using the WordPress Header feature under the main Appearance menu of your dashboard and also with the theme’s customizer. You get several options, but you get unlimited colours that you can use too. The type of headers you can use are:
- Colour background – Even get creative and colour it the same as your main menu background (see below)
- Text based title and tagline within a box that you can change the colour of. This box and site title group will fade as you scroll down the page.
- Use your own logo instead of text
- Instead of a background colour, you can use the WP Header feature under the Appearance group to use a background image with a text title or a transparent logo.
